Barney Actimates PC Pack New and Sealed in the box.
This box is sealed but some of the cardboard is torn from the box, but not enough to open it. (see picture)

To make this software work with an interactive Barney your computer needs a Midi/Game Port. Many newer PC's don't have this port.
To remedy this, you can buy an adapter or install a sound card that has a Midi/Game Port.
This software is new in the box.
