This is the Lego Pirates Set 6270, Forbidden Island. This set was released in 1989. It came with 176 pieces and included 4 mini-figs, a parrot, a shark, a monkey, and much more.
The clips on the pirate flag are broken and the loot for the treasure chest is missing.
