8511 Frost is a set released in 2000 in the short lived RoboRiders Theme. Its weapons are two ice spears. It is asociated with ice. It comes with no Minifigures like the other RoboRiders sets. It can be combined with 8513 Dust to make a larger RoboRider, with 8512 Onyx and 8514 Power to form another, with 8509 Swamp, 8512 Onyx, 8513 Dust, and 8514 to form another, with 8509 Swamp, 8512 Onyx, and 8513 Dust to build yet another, and with all of the other RoboRiders to build the biggest RoboRider. It was released in 2000.
This set was made in 2000 and cannot be found in stores anymore.
