This is Tyco's Jurrasic Park Electric Race Set, The Lost World. This is a rare slot car racing set based on the original Jurassic Park movie.
This set looks pretty complete but check the pictures.

Original Box with name written in marker
2 Hard to Find Slot Cars - The car with the red back works, the green car needs a brush but looks like it should work
Electronic Dinosaur that tries to 'eat' the cars
Lots of cardboard set pieces and decorations in great shape
Original Slot Car Tracks with Transformer and working controllers
Various supports for the bank at the back
Includes the 2 curved pieces for making the banking turn on the mountain piece
