This is a set of Vintage Ginsu steak knives with a Quikut Stainless Steel Carve and Serve Fork Tip Knife.
The Quickkut Knife is approx: 15", Blade approx 10". This is the pre-Ginsu version of this knife. This knife is unused and is very sharp.
The 6 Ginsu steak knives are an older style but are in great shape, unused, and very sharp.
Use the steak knives as replacement or addition to an existing set. It is approximately 8 inches in length. The handle is plastic and should be easily recognized, as it is quite different from the sets being sold at the present.
