This is a Rare Sears Telegames Atari 2600 Heavy Sixer Deck Video Computer System with 11 Games, Standard Power Supply (not a heavy sixer power supply), 2 Joysticks, Paddles, and System Manual. Joysticks might be Heavy Sixer Joysticks. Paddles work great. One of the joysticks has a loose cover for the stick.
"How do you know this is a heavy sixer?"
There are many differences between a heavy sixer and a light sixer.
Here are 3 of the main ways to tell the difference:
View the top of the console (picture provided), the edges on the left and right are thick on the heavy sixer, and very thin on the light sixer.
View the back of the console (picture provided), the power and joystick connectors are along the bottom half of the back.
View the cartridge slot. It is recessed much more than the slot on a light sixer. Also, it has a visible metal lining (see picture - metal lining is hard to see in the picture though).
